Scanning Acoustic Tomograph (SAT) is an ultrasonic inspection system to inspect and assess internal defects such as poor bonding, voids and cracks in a mechanical parts, automotive parts or electrical parts as well as to screen them automatically.
The SAT system can be integrated with manufacturing or process line to build unmanned inspection process on top of keeping its inspection records. Depending on test specimens, curved surface can also be inspected by using a special attachment (Optional) other than inspection of flat specimens. SAT is enhanced to handle variety of test specimens and meet diversified customersf requirements such as inspection time and measurement options from one-line-measurement to plane-image measurement.
FS Line is a non-destructive ultrasonic inspection system suitable for inspecting large parts including flat-panel displays and target materials. Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. has been providing bonding inspection system of target materials for over the past dozen years.
With recent upsizing of target materials, FS Line made a complete configuration change to reduce inspection time and handle various applications.
